Topic: Version 2.3.3

What will bring the new version 2.3.3?
(in brackets there are percentages of finished job)

Bug corrections:

  • filter of payee (100 %)

  • minor corrections and improvements (100 %)

News:

  • possiblity to set the first day in the week (in the calendar) (100 %)

  • possibility to change transaction (credit or debit) to the multiple transaction (100 %)

  • possibility to edit the name of the notes in the list of the Notes (100 %)

  • full UTF8 support (100 %)

  • time stamp of transactions (it will show all history of the transaction - date and time of creating and last modifying) (100 %)

  • automatically encoding entire database on close (not to readable in common SQLite editors) (100 %)

I will be update this list gradually.

Today I released the third (and last) TESTING version 2.3.3. If no user will find any bug in it, I can release this version as stable on November 30, 2014.
Because this version contains quite new (and not tested) encrypting function, I strongly warn you to use it with your NORMAL database. Use at your own risk (on the backup of your database only) !!!
All new features are in upper topic.
Thank to all willing users for any help with testing of this version.

The UTF problem is solved and thanks! What I notice though is that my old rqm file does not open any more by double-clicking on it (it produces an error message about newer and older versions) but it opens normally within the Open Database menu of the beta version.... (???).

OK, I will try to correct the unicode way for open file by double click on it.

Oh, was it really a bug? At first I thought that I messed something up between versions changing!
