Topic: Some errors,how to fix?

I am using this program since 2009,I am really happy with this program.I never found any issues before.But when i try to work with  this i found some problems.The program resumes to the default at every startups.So i no longer able to use this program.Some bug issues are also there.When i try to close the program some errors are coming.The program is not working properly in my system.I search write my paper and find some solutions related to this problem.There is any other solution?
