Topic: RQ Money 2 bugs

Hello Slavomir,

Thank you for the new version of RQ Money! I've been using your program since January 2009 and I'm really pleased with it. I tried version 2, it is very impressive, but so far I've found two bugs:

1. It "forgets" some settings when closing it. On the main screen I'd like to use the "Balance" menu in the "Summary" panel, and the "Debit" in the "Chart" panel. Unfortunately the program resumes to the defaults at every startup (Summary panel -> Account status; Chart panel -> Finish).

2. Archive accounts - it could be a great feature, I missed it from the version 1.3. Unfortunately it's not perfect yet. Because in the summary panel, the archive accounts are not just hidden, but the software doesn't count with them!
I try to explain with an example: I have a bank account with 100 EUR, and cash: 200 EUR -- total 300 EUR in January. In February I take out the 100 EUR from the bank and eliminate my bank account. In the program I make a transfer of 100 EUR and I archive this account.
But when I check the "Summary" panel / "Account status" for February, it shows, that the start amount was: 200 EUR, balance is: 100 EUR, finish is: 300 EUR. But it is not true, because the start amount was 300 EUR.
When I check the "Account status" for January, it shows, that the finish is: 200 EUR --- not true, it was 300 EUR!

So far I noticed these two bugs, but I like the new version!

yes, it's true. I will try to correct it in next version. Thank you for your report.

Because in the summary panel, the archive accounts are not just hidden, but the software doesn't count with them!

yes, it's true again. But unlike of the first problem, I think, this is not a bug. If a user checks any account as archive, I think, this account doesn't exist until he unchecks the flag "archive".
I welcome opinion from other users to this topic.

Today version 2.0.8 repairs this "bug". If user saves program filters, this Tabs indexes are saved too.
