Version 3.8

Let me introduce the testing version 3.8 (download from here).
In addition to minor fixes, it brings several new features:
- completely redesigned graphics (new icons are prepared for HighDPI monitors with a resolution of 100% to 200%) - I would welcome information on whether the new icons are acceptable. If you don't like them, send me your icon set.
- new report Chronology with line graphs and options (in version 2x it was called Statistics )
- new pie charts in the main window (when pointing with the mouse cursor in the Summary window)
- the possibility to verify the current version of the program (in the menu Program / Check for updates)
- possibility to set blocking of adding, editing and deleting transactions (in Settings / Transactions section)

Any bug reports or insights with testing are welcome in this thread or via email.
